What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, we offer first solar permit set / shade report / site assessment for free.
What pricing model do you have?
We offer 2 pricing model Hourly Basis and Flat-Fee.
when do I pay?
After project delivery you can make the payment. For upfront payment we offer small discount.
What drawing standards are followed?
We follow National and Local Codes, utility regulations and standards and we stick to Drawing Standards as prescribed by you.
What kind of turnaround time can be expected?
The turnaround time totally depends on the project as well as the output required. We can also work on short deadlines if required.
Are there any additional fees associated with the pricing?
No, there are no additional fees associated with the pricing!
Will I get free revision for designs?
Yes, you will get free revisions up to a number of revisions described in your package.
How do we communicate?
Communication can be done via Phone, Email, Instant Messaging, Video / Web Conferencing. Most of our clients prefer Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting and Email for communication. You can choose any communication channel that best suits you.
Do you sign NDA ?
Yes. We work with solar developer who wish to keep some info secret, we are happy to sign NDA.
What shift/hours do you work?
We work 2 shifts/day 1-PST(US Time) 2-IST(Indian Time). So, time zone difference is advantageous for you.
